Information we collect

We collect the contact, family-law, court, safety, financial, and document information you choose to submit. Please do not send Social Security numbers, complete bank account numbers, or unrelated sensitive records.

How information is used

We use it to store and prepare your intake, generate PDF copies, notify the selected legal office without placing sensitive details in email, secure the service, and respond to support requests. The intake assistant explains the form but does not give legal advice.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with the participating legal office and service providers that host, secure, or transmit the service. We do not sell intake information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for intake operations, legal obligations, security, and dispute prevention.

Your choices

The communications-consent checkbox is optional. You may request access, correction, or deletion when applicable by emailing contact@counselaxis.com. Security safeguards reduce risk but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.

La información puede compartirse con la oficina legal participante y proveedores que alojan, protegen o transmiten el servicio. No vendemos los datos del cuestionario.
